Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  3. Saunf 1 tsp
  4. Hing 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. 1 inch ginger
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Dry grind dal, saunf, green chillies, ginger to a coarse powder, add hing, red chilli powder. Add water and soak it for half an hour.
  2. Knead a stiff dough with wheat flour and salt.
  3. Finally for the kachori stuff the dal in the puri n deep fry them till crispy.
