Ingredients to make Paneer burji

  • 3 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Two green chillies
  • Small piece of adarakh
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Chopped dania leaves

How to make Paneer burji

  1. First chop the onions
  2. Then grind the tomatoes,adarakh and garlic clove in the grinder.
  3. Take a kadai and put some rai to sprinkle.
  4. Add chopped onions.
  5. Stir till light brown
  6. Add the chopped green chillies and dania leaves.
  7. Add the tomato mash.
  8. Finally add the crushed paneer in the kadai and cook for 5min on.low flame.
