Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji-1 cup
  2. Oil- For deep Fry
  3. Salt-As per taste
  4. Raw Mango- 1 Big
  5. Jaggery- 1 tbspn.
  6. Black Salt-As per taste
  7. Black Pepper-1 tspn.
  8. Mint leaves- 6
  9. Roasted Jeera powder-1 tspn.
  10. Sugar-1 tbspn.
  11. Namkeen boondi
  12. Fresh Strawberry- 6
  13. Sugar-1 tbspn.
  14. Black salt-1 tspn.
  15. Black Pepper-1 tspn.
  16. Roasted Saunf-1 tspn.
  17. Imly water - 1 tbspn.

Instructions

  1. Suji Pani Puri receipe. Take Suji add half tbspn. Oil mix well. Put some water and make fine dough mash with palm fine. Keep aside for half an hours.
  2. Take dough make small balls make small puri.
  3. One by one fry it on low flame and make Gol Gappe. Keep aside for cool.
  4. Suji Gol Gappe is ready to eat.
  5. Aam Panna Water receipe.
  6. Peel Raw Mango cut into pieces put in cooker with two cup water and 1 whistle it. Grind in mixy.
  7. Boiled raw mango put in to kadai add sugar and jaggery mix well . Boil till then transparent.
  8. Remove from gas add black salt ,black pepper and roasted jeera & crush mint leaves.
  9. cool it put into bottle and use it for one week.
  10. Take one Table spoon in in glass and put chilled water in it and put namkeen boondi on top. Khatta Metha water is ready to drink in Gol Gappe.
  11. Strawberry Water receipe.
  12. Cut the Strawberry into small pieces put into Kadai with one cup water. Boil on low flame stir continuously for 2-3 minutes add sugar and imly water. Mix well off the gas .
  13. Put Black salt, black pepper and roasted saunf.
  14. cool it . Take one tbspn Strawberry crush and mint leaves. in glass and put chilled water on it. Yummy delicious pani puri water is ready in new Strawberry flavour.
  15. Fill Gol Gappe with boiled Aloo, Boiled white chane with imly ki Chutney. And put flavoured water.
