Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. rosted semolina or suji 1 cup
  2. 3 cups of water
  3. chopped potatoes 2
  4. chopped onions 2
  5. chopped tomatoes 2
  6. salt to taste
  7. tikhalal
  8. coriander
  9. haldi a pinch
  10. chopped greenchillies
  11. lemon juice 2 spoons

Instructions

  1. take a pan heat oil add potatoes onions and tomatoes cook well
  2. now add the water and all the spices
  3. add lemon juice and coriander and cook for a minute add semolina and stur comntinuosly
  4. serve hot
