Ingredients to make punjabi pakora kadi

  • besan 500 gms
  • salt to taste
  • red chiili powder half tbsp
  • kadi patta 5- 6
  • sarso 1 spoon
  • oil to fry the pakoras
  • curd half bowl

How to make punjabi pakora kadi

  1. take a mixer add curd , besan , haldi sand grind well keep aside
  2. take a bowl dd besan salt chiili powder and water
  3. make a thick batter and make pakoras out of it
  4. take an pan add oil curry leaves haldi and the curd mixed with besan and the pakoras
  5. cook untill thick and serve hot with rice
