punjabi chicken masala

Ingredients to make punjabi chicken masala

  • for marination
  • curd half cup
  • kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric a pinch
  • tikhalal a pinch
  • kashmirilal a pinch
  • for gravy
  • chopped onions 3 medium sized
  • chopped tomatoes 3 medium sized
  • 10 green chillies and coriander made into paste
  • garam masala 1 tbsp
  • kitchen king 1 tbsp
  • chicken masala 1 tbsp
  • chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • butter 2 spoons
  • oil for tossing
  • 3 leg piece chicken or as per your choice

How to make punjabi chicken masala

  1. for marination
  2. take a bowl add curd all masalas , chicken slited on top , mix well and keep in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes
  3. take a pan add oil and heat , add onion fry till pinkish in colour
  4. add tomatoes and fry till cooked
  5. add all the masalas and green chilli paste
  6. add water and mix well cook till a boil comes
  7. add chicken and cook until soft
  8. serve with rice or roti

My Tip:

taste would be more nice if before adding the chicken to the gravy you take a pan add oil and chicken with marination and cook
