Grind corriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and turmeric powder and make a fine paste.( I've grinded it on sil batta but you can use mixer for it)
Now mix this fixture with the arbi nicely, then add lemon juice and hung curd and mix it all well again.
Marinate it for 2 hours.
In a greased pan add the arbi with the lemon juice and cook it well.
Once cooked, switch off the flame and in a tiny bowl add butter and make place in the pan and keep the tiny bowl in the center.
Roast one whole lemon directly on the gas flame and keep it in the tiny butter bowl.
Immediately cover the pan with lid for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid, now with the help of a spoon remove the lemon.
Add the smoked butter to the green arbi.
Your Smoked lemon arbi is ready, serve it with your favorite bread.
