Khooba roti

Ingredients to make Khooba roti

  • wheat flour....2 cups
  • Salt and chilly powder to taste
  • Ajwain....1/4 tea spoon
  • Cumin seed...1/4 tea spoon
  • Desi ghee....as required

How to make Khooba roti

  1. Knead a dough with wheat flour, salt, all masalas and water and keep aside for 20 minutes
  2. Dough should be little tight than chapati
  3. Take a ball and roll it into thick chapati. Make impressions with thumb and finger
  4. Next step of impressions
  5. 3rd step of making impressions
  6. Final step done
  7. Heat tawa and put roti, impressions side upside . Let it cook nicely from bottom.
  8. Flip and let it cook a little bit
  9. Now remove from tawa and cook on direct flame till done
  10. Apply desi ghee liberally on the roti and serve immediately

My Tip:

You can add few other types of flours also
