Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Muthia
  2. 250 gm chicken mince
  3. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tablespoon roasted chana powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  9. 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  10. 1/4 cup chpped mint
  11. Oil for frying
  12. `salt to taste
  13. For gravy
  14. 1 bunch coriander
  15. 6 green chili
  16. 1/2 bunch mint
  17. 1/4 cup fried onion
  18. 1 tablespoon sesame
  19. 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
  20. 2 tablespoon desicated coconut
  21. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  22. 1/4 cup oil
  23. 2 tablespoon yogurt
  24. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chana powder, coriander leaves, salt, mint and mix well
  2. Make small muthia(oval shaped bowls) of the mixture and fry on medium flame and keep aside
  3. For gravy
  4. Take mint leaves, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, coconut, fried onion, poppy seeds add some water and make a thick paste
  5. In a pot add some oil heat it for some time then add ginger garlic paste cook for few minutes then add above paste, yogurt and salt cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame or till gravy is fully cooked
  6. Add the fried muthias in it and cook for few minutes
  7. Serve hot with chapatis
