Green chicken muthia is a very delicious recipe for special occasions

Green Chicken Muthia

Ingredients to make Green Chicken Muthia

  • For Muthia
  • 250 gm chicken mince
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon roasted chana powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup chpped mint
  • oil for frying
  • `salt to taste
  • For gravy
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 6 green chili
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 1/4 cup fried onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoon desicated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • salt to taste

How to make Green Chicken Muthia

  1. In a bowl take chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chana powder, coriander leaves, salt, mint and mix well
  2. Make small muthia(oval shaped bowls) of the mixture and fry on medium flame and keep aside
  3. For gravy
  4. Take mint leaves, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, coconut, fried onion, poppy seeds add some water and make a thick paste
  5. In a pot add some oil heat it for some time then add ginger garlic paste cook for few minutes then add above paste, yogurt and salt cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame or till gravy is fully cooked
  6. Add the fried muthias in it and cook for few minutes
  7. Serve hot with chapatis
