Bread rolls are tasty and yummy Indian breakfast easy to make.

Ingredients to make Bread Rolls

  • 8-10 bread slices
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp corriender leaves
  • 2 potatoes - boiled and mashed

How to make Bread Rolls

  1. ADD 2 BOILED POTATOES, 1 CHOPPED ONION, 2 GREEN CHILLIES.
  2. 2 TBSP CORRIENDER LEAVES, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  3. SALT TO TASTE & 1 TSP CHAT MASALA.
  4. MIX WELL.
  5. TAKE 8-10 BREAD SLICES.
  6. DIP 1 BREAD SLICE IN WATER AND SQUEEZE.
  7. NOW PUT A POTATO BOLL, PACK THE BREAD SIDES PROPERLY.
  8. ROLL LIKE THIS.
  9. NOW ALL BREAD ROLL PREPARED.
  10. IN A PAN HEAT THE OIL & DEEP FRY BREAD BOLLS.
  11. FIP THE BOLLS ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT.
  12. FRY THE BOLLS TILL GOLDEN AND CRISP.
  13. NOW REMOVE FROM OIL.
  14. ALL BREAD ROLLS ARE READY.
  15. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP.
  16. SO CRISPY AND YUMMY.
