Aloo paratha

Ingredients to make Aloo paratha

  • 4-5 boiled potatoes
  • 1 chooped onion
  • 1/2 spoon dania powder
  • 1/4spoon lal mirch powder
  • 1/4 tea spoon garam masala
  • 1/4 spoon rai
  • 1/2 spoon jeera
  • 1/4 cup chopped dania
  • 1 chopped green chillie
  • 1 chopped sabhut la mirch
  • 1 spoon.namak

How to make Aloo paratha

  1. First peel the potatoes and boil them.
  2. Then mash them .
  3. Add dry ingredients with chopped onion and dania with green and red chiilies in the mashed potatoes.
  4. Mix well
  5. Maka a tough dough of atta
  6. Make small balls with atta and fill the potato mix.
  7. Roll into paratha.
  8. Heat the tawa and put paratha on tawa .
  9. Add oil or ghee of your choice
  10. Cook on both sides.
  11. Your aloo paratha are ready to serve.Serve then with boondi raita and butter.Happy cooking!!

My Tip:

Keep atta dough and potato mix. in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before using for paratha.
