Ingredients to make Chhole

  • 1 cup chhole
  • oil 2 spoon
  • green chilly 1 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • tomato chopped 1
  • onion 1 chopped
  • ginger 1 piece small
  • Garlic5-6 chopped
  • Chhole masala 1 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • coriander powder 1 spoon

How to make Chhole

  1. Take a chhole. Wash it and soak in the water
  2. Then take a pressure cooker boil the chhole
  3. Then take a pan add oil.
  4. Add cloves.Then add ginger,chilli, garlic
  5. Then add onion and saute it
  6. Then add all spices
  7. Then add chhole
  8. Then mix it well so masala dissolved in it
  9. Garama garam chhole is ready to serve
