Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong dal - 1 cup soaked for 2 hours
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  4. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Garam Masala as per taste
  6. Oil - 2 tsp
  7. Imli chutney for taste
  8. Radish 1
  9. Coriander leaves a few
  10. Mint Chutney for taste
  11. Chat masala 1 to 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add moong dal mixture, salt, soda, garam masala, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  2. Take an appam pan put it on a low flame and brush oil on the pan pour half a spoon of batter in the pan and drizzle a few drops of oil from top flip them over and fry golden brown.
  3. Take a plate and take four and five pieces and decorate with radish, coriander, leaves, imli chutney, mint chutney and Chat masala.
