Ingredients to make PARWAL KI MITHAI

  • Parwal / pointed gourd - 250 gms
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • For stuffing mawa / whole dried milk - 1 cup C
  • Chopped almond - 1 tbs
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

How to make PARWAL KI MITHAI

  1. Wash and remove the skin of the parwal /pointed gourd.
  2. Scoop out well.
  3. Take a pan add sugar and water till sugar dissolves.
  4. Bring into one string consistency.
  5. Add pointed gourd and boil it on sim flame till it color change.
  6. Heat mawa / whole dried milk in a pan and saute till brown.
  7. Add 3tbsp sugar,coconut,crushed almonds and cardamom powder and mix well,
  8. Now stuffing is ready.
  9. Take one pointed gourd and fill the stuffing inside it.
  10. Apply this process in all potatoes / pointed gourd.
