Bharwan baingan

Ingredients to make Bharwan baingan

  • 250 gramms small baingan
  • salt to taste
  • red chilly powder...1/4 tea spoon
  • Garam masala ...1/4 tea spoon
  • Coriander powder...1/4 tea spoon
  • Mango powder...1/4 tea spoon
  • Cumin seed powder...1/4 tea spoon
  • mustard oil...1 table spoon

How to make Bharwan baingan

  1. Make slits in baingan
  2. Mix everything except oil and fill in the criss cross slit of baingan
  3. In a woke, add oil and arrange masala filled baingan. Cover and let it cook on medium to low heat . Do flip in between and let it cook on all sides.
  4. Serve

My Tip:

Any masala can be added or skipped as per taste and choice
