Rajasthani kadhi

Ingredients to make Rajasthani kadhi

  • besan 1 cup
  • curd 3 cup
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 6 cup water
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1/4 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • curry leaves 5_6

How to make Rajasthani kadhi

  1. Take a yogurt and besan . Mix well with blender
  2. Then take a pan add oil and ghee
  3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,Asafoetida
  4. Then add curry leaves
  5. Take a yogurt better add in pan , mix well.
  6. Then add turmeric powder and salt.mix well.
  7. Stirring well

My Tip:

Serve with rice
