Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients for shahi paneer in red gravy
  2. 200 gms Paneer
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 2 big tomatoes
  5. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. 1 Cinnamon stick
  8. 5-6 cashew paste
  9. 1/2 bowl milk
  10. 1 tbsp fresh malai
  11. 1 tsp Salt
  12. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  13. 3/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  14. 1 tsp garam masala
  15. 1/2 tsp paneer masala
  16. *Ingredients for veggies delight...
  17. 3 colourful bell peppers cut and sliced lengthwise
  18. 8-10 cubes of paneer
  19. I onion chopped roughly
  20. 1 tsp peas
  21. 1 tomato
  22. Dry spices like salt and red chilli powder
  23. 1 tsp dhaniya masala and garam masala

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a pan.. Add bay leaves and cinnamon stick.
  2. Now add garlic ginger paste.. add chopped onion and tomato paste made in mixer.. sauté it for sometime till oil specks from sides.. it should be sautéed well .
  3. Then add cashew paste. Now add all dry spices... beautiful aroma will spread all over.. now when all mixture is sautéed well add milk.. and fresh malai.. make the gravy and adjust the consistency accordingly.. at Last added paneer cubes...
  4. yummy shahi paneer is ready to be served...
  5. for veggies delight...
  6. Take ghee in a pan. Firstly sauté paneer for a while on a simmer flame till little brown..
  7. then add bell peppers and shallow fry till they r little soft.
  8. Do not overcook as it’s taste will change entirely.. now add boiled peas.. followed by all dry spices.
  9. Then add onions and tomatoes and stir shallow fry for a while and switch off flame and cover with a lid... let it be in steam for 5-7 minutes and serve it...
  10. Serve these delicacies with garlic butter naan... boondi raita which is made by beating thick curd and adding boondi and dahi masala and garnishing with coriander leaves.. it taste awesome with boiled butter corn salad ... Enjoy endlessly and at last have sweetness of fruits custard.. Enjoy....
