Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients for chana
  2. 1 bowl chane
  3. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 1/2tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp dhaniya masala
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 1/2 tsp Amchoor
  10. 1 tbsp oil
  11. 2 glass water
  12. Ingredients for atta halwa
  13. 1 bowl atta
  14. 1 bowl sugar
  15. 3 bowl water
  16. 2 tbsp ghee
  17. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  18. Dry fruits as per your choice

  2. Soak chane overnight. Boil in pressure cooker for about 10-15 minutes till they r cooked and soft.
  3. Now take a pan. Add oil in it. Allow cumin seeds to crackle.
  4. Now add all dry spices mentioned above. Beautiful aroma will spread all over.
  5. After 5 minutes add chane in it and cook for just 5-7 minutes as they r already boiled and cooked.
  6. Ensure to mix chane with spices well. Now chana is ready...
  7. U can have chana water which we used for boiling to make soup as it is very healthy and nutritious..

  9. Add water and sugar in a pan to dissolve at a medium flame . Now take another pan . Add ghee in it .
  10. Allow ghee to melt and then add atta in it and keep on stirring till it’s colour change to Badami. It should be ensured that it is roasted well so that beautiful aroma of halwa is spread all over the house and keep on stirring and watching continuously otherwise it may burn a little more.
  11. When it is done add sugar water in it and keep stirring so that there should be no lumps and halwa runs freely releasing ghee from sides..
  12. Now serve it with garama garam puri..
  13. I made atta stars puri... Enjoy endlessly..,
