Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Baggi mirchi(salanmirchi). 10
  2. Peanuts. 5 tbsp
  3. Til. 3tbsp
  4. Turmeric. 1 tsp
  5. Tamarind pulp. 3tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder. 3tsp
  7. Cumin powder. 1tbsp
  8. Coriander powder. 2 tbsp.
  9. Onions. 1 medium
  10. Giger garlic paste. 2 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste.
  12. Garam masala. 1 tbsp
  13. Oil. 6 tbsp
  14. Dry coconut pieces 5 tbsp
  15. Greeen chillies. 2
  16. Dhania powder.

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the sesame seeds,peanuts,dry coconut separately.
  2. Make a fine paste above roasted ingredients.
  3. Heat a pan along with oil, fry the salan mirchi and keep a side.
  4. In the same oil add chopped onions, slitted green chilli and fry till the onions become transculant.
  5. Add ginger,garlic paste and saute for 3-4 min.
  6. Add turmeric,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and mix well.
  7. Add roasted paste and cook for 15 min.
  8. Add tamarind pulp and cook for 10 min.
  9. Add salt,then fried baggi Mirchi before removing from flame.
  10. Add garam masala.
