Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Jeera 2tbsp
  2. White salt 2tbsp
  3. Black salt 2tbsp
  4. Rock salt 2tbsp
  5. Anchor 4tbsp
  6. Nosadar 1/4tsp
  7. Hing 1tsp
  8. Cardamom ,black pepper and cloves 8-10each
  9. Sabut Dhania 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dryroast jeera and whole masale together in a pan .
  2. Grind all the ingredients together.
  3. Seive to avoid any lumps .
