Ingredients to make Bel ka sharbat

  • 1 bel
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 little water

How to make Bel ka sharbat

  1. Break open the bill by hitting on the floor
  2. Remove the hard crust
  3. Scoop out all the pulp from the bell with the help of a spoon
  4. Add little water to the pulp
  5. Mahesh it with your hands so that all the pulp is dissolved in water
  6. Now strain in the pulp through a sieve. add sugar and water mix well to dissolve the sugar .keep refrigerated for 2-3 hours
