Next soak the flattened rice with hot water. Next smash flattened rice with semolina and milk powder. Make a dough and make small ball. Put elachi cashew and raisin into the balls. Then heat the oil and put all balls into the oil. Take out balls when it becomes light golden brown. Heat oil with cardamom seeds and sugar again. When it becomes sticky add balls. Then take out balls in serving dish and garnish with almond and cardamom seeds.
