ABOUT DryFruits Ladoo (Without Sugar) RECIPE

This DryFruits Ladoo is very easy and healthy sweet. It’s prepared using various dry fruits like dates,almonds,cashews,raisins and poppy seeds with no added sugar.Very nutritious and healthy & kids favorite too. Hardly takes 15 minutes to prepare if you have chopped nuts.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dates - 20 no’s
  2. Almonds - 3/4 cup
  3. Cashewnut - 1/4 Cup
  4. Pistachios - 1/4 cup
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
  7. Raisins - 1/4 Cup
  8. Ghee - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chop all the DryFruits In food processor or using knife. Don’t powdered the nuts it should be chunky pieces
  2. Remove the seeds of dates.Grind the dates in mixer or food processor.
  3. Heat a wide pan add 1.5 Tbsp ghee when ghee melts add all nuts one by one roast in medium flame.
  4. Then add cardamom powder mix well and add poppy seeds mix well.
  5. Add the dates paste grinded mash well and mix with dry fruits cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. After Adding dates it’s bit sticky Use ladle and masher to mix well with nuts
  7. Switch off the flame and Transfer the DryFruits mix into container.
  8. Immediately start to make Ladoo from it as required.
  9. While making Ladoo apply ghee in your hands and make balls as per your choice.
  10. DryFruits Ladoo is Ready Store in container or ziplock bag.
