Egg dipped chicken breast in tangy buttery sauce

Chicken Francese

Ingredients to make Chicken Francese

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp parcely or coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

How to make Chicken Francese

  1. IN A BROAD BOWL ADD 1 EGG, SALT, 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  2. 2 TBSP PARCELY OR CORIANDER, 2 TBSP CHEDDAR CHEESE
  3. MIX WELL
  4. CUT THE CHICKEN BREAST INTO BUTTERFLY CUT
  5. COVER WITH THE CLING FILM, SLIGHTLY FLATTEN WITH THE HAMMER
  6. HEAT 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL AND 1 TBSP BUTTER IN A PAN
  7. COVER THE CHICKEN WITH THE REFINED FLOUR
  8. NOW COAT WITH THE EGG AND CHEESE MIXTURE
  9. COOK THE CHICKEN IN HOT OIL
  10. FLIP, WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN IN 3-4 MINUTES
  11. TAKE OUT, WHEN COOKED FROM BOTH SIDES
  12. ADD 1 TSP GARLIC IN SAME OIL
  13. ADD 1/2 CUP OF EACH, CHICKEN STOCK AND ORANGE JUICE
  14. LET IT BOIL FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  15. POUR OVER THE CHICKEN
  16. SPRINKLE SOME PARCELY OR CORIANDER LEAVES
  17. JUICY CHICKEN FRANCESE IS READY
  18. ENJOY!
