About Mango Icecream Recipe

Mango ice-cream is lip smacking for every age group and if it is homemade then just wow

Mango Icecream

Ingredients to make Mango Icecream

  • mango pulp of 2 mangoes
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Full cream milk 1 ltr
  • Milk powder 2 tablespoon
  • Cherries for garnishing

How to make Mango Icecream

  1. Boil the milk. Let it cook on slow flame.
  2. Let it reduce and come to half and become thick in consistency... Then add sugar and off the flame
  3. Grind mango in the grinder
  4. Add milk powder in the milk
  5. When milk cool down add Mango paste..
  6. Refrigerate it in a air tight box for 1 hour
  7. After one hour blend it with hand blender. Repeat this process for 2 times
  8. Refrigerate it again for 5 hours
  9. Serve it. Garnish it with cherries and mango syrup

My Tip:

Dry fruits can also be added
