Boil the milk. Let it cook on slow flame.
Let it reduce and come to half and become thick in consistency... Then add sugar and off the flame
Grind mango in the grinder
Add milk powder in the milk
When milk cool down add Mango paste..
Refrigerate it in a air tight box for 1 hour
After one hour blend it with hand blender. Repeat this process for 2 times
Refrigerate it again for 5 hours
Serve it. Garnish it with cherries and mango syrup
