ABOUT Date-banana cup cake with chocolate filling RECIPE

These cup cakes are super easy to make and very delicious to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For cup cakes :
  2. 1, large banana
  3. 8-9 deseeded chopped dates
  4. 1 cup Flour
  5. 3/4 cup powderd sugar
  6. 1/2 cup refine oil
  7. 2 Eggs
  8. A pinch of salt
  9. 1,1/2 tsp of baking powder
  10. 1,1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
  11. 3/4 cup Milk
  12. For filling :
  13. Dark chocolate compound 100 gm
  14. 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  15. 8-9 cashews
  16. 1 tbsp Butter
  17. 2 tbsp Sugar
  18. 2-3 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Take all the filling ingredients together and make a semi solid paste by using mixer grinder. Now refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  2. Now make a smooth paste of banana and dates by using milk.
  3. Separate the egg yolks from egg whites, blend the egg whites until fluffy.
  4. Now mix all the ingredients of cup cakes including date-banana paste and egg yolks together and make a lumps free batter.
  5. Now grease the silicon cup cake moulds.
  6. Now pour 2 tbsp of cake batter into the greased mould, put a scoop of chocolate filling into it, what we made previously now take another tbsp of batter and cover this chocolate ball.
  7. Bake these cup cakes on low rack on pre heated oven at 180℃ for 10 mins.
  8. Now these healthy and tasty cup cakes are ready to eat.
