I flavoured in this bread strawberry with choclate and it's taste is amazing. In breakfast or brunch with a cup of tea it is wonderful.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 cup butter
  3. 1 cup powder sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 4-5 strawberries puree
  8. 2 tbsp warm milk
  9. 2 tbsp coco powder

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add butter
  2. Add sugar and beat them till creamy
  3. Sieve flour and baking powder
  4. Add coco powder in hot milk
  5. Make puree of strawberries
  6. Add eggs one by one in butter mix
  7. And beat again
  8. Then take flour mix and add in three times
  9. Add vanilla essence
  10. Fold it in butter mix
  11. Now devide the batter in two parts
  12. Add coco mix milk in one part
  13. And strawberry puree in second part
  14. Preheat ovan
  15. Grease a loaf pan and dust it with flour
  16. First pour choclate mix in it
  17. And then add strawberry mix
  18. Bake for 25 min at 180 degree
  19. When baked Take it out from ovan
  20. Let it cool
  21. Then de mould it
  22. Cut in slices and serve
