Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw banana 2
  2. Mango juice (it must be thick) 1 cup
  3. Coconut 1 cup
  4. Paneer (grated) 1/2 cup
  5. Red chilly powder 2 spoons
  6. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  7. Hing 1 spoon
  8. Curry leaves 1/4 cup
  9. Green chilies 1/4 cup
  10. Water 1 cup
  11. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  12. Garam masala 1 spoon
  13. Salt a pinch
  14. Sugar 1 spoon
  15. Coriander (leaves) 1 cup
  16. Oil 2 spoons
  17. Mustard seeds 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. First, we will make stuffing. Take paneer, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and mix them.
  2. Cut bananas in cylinderical shape and make hole in it so that we can do stuffing. Stuff the mixture in banana and put in steamer for 10 minutes.Remove and let it cool.
  3. In a grinder take coconut, green chillies, salt, coriander` and water and make gravy of it.
  4. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, mango juice, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, water, salt, sugar and cook it for sometime. then add bananas with stuffing .
  5. Serve it with paratha..
