About Paneer tikka masala Recipe

Easy, tasty Paneer tikka masala without tandoor or oven. It is very much popular appetizer from Punjabi cusine.

Ingredients to make Paneer tikka masala

  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • ginger paste 1 tesp
  • Green chilies 2
  • salt 3/4 tesp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tesp
  • turmeric powder 3/4 tesp
  • Chat masala 1 tesp
  • cumin seeds powder 1 tesp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  • cottage cheese 250 gms
  • onion 1
  • Bell peppers 1/2 cup
  • oil 1 tbsp

How to make Paneer tikka masala

  1. TAKE HALF CUP HUNG CURD, 1 TBSP TOMATO PUREE, 1 TESP GINGER PASTE AND GREEN CHILIES PASTE.
  2. ADD 1 TESP SALT, 1/2 TESP RED CHILLI POWDER, 3/4 TESP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. 3/4 TESP CUMIN POWDER, 1 TESP CHAT MASALA, 1 TBSP METHI LEAVES. MIX WELL.
  4. ADD 250 GMS. CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE, 1 CUBED ONION, 1/2 CUP CUBED BELL PEPPERS.
  5. MIX WELL AND KEEP REFRIGERATED FOR AN HOUR TO MARINATE.
  6. HEAT A NON STICK PAN AND GREASE IT .
  7. SPREAD THE MARINATED MATERIAL EVENLY INTO THE PAN.
  8. LET IT COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON HIGH.
  9. FLIP.
  10. COOK FURTHER FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  11. SPRINKLE LEMON JUICE.
