Ingredients to make Mango plaza

  • 1/2 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream / fresh cream
  • 10-12 mini rasgulle
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • as needed Some dry fruits

How to make Mango plaza

  1. Take a one bowl and add mango pulp, curd, sugar and ice cream. whisk well with a hand blender.
  2. gently press rasgulle and squeeze sugar syrup out of it.
  3. Add these rasgulle, remaining mango plaza.
  4. Add all dry fruits and mix well.
  5. let the mango plaza in the refrigerator for some 20-30 minutes.
  6. Garnish the mango plaza with chopped dry fruits.
  7. Ready to mango plaza, enjoy the delicious mango plaza.

My Tip:

It's replaced mango, use pineapple and all process is same.
