Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk- 1/2 litre
  2. Sugar- 4 tbsp
  3. Grated raw mango- 1
  4. Raisins- 1 tbsp
  5. Crushed cashew nuts- 1 tbsp
  6. Crushed almond- 1 tbsp
  7. Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  8. Clarified butter- 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel till thick.
  2. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Peel and grate the raw mango. Heat 1 tbsp clarified butter in a pan. Add the grated raw mango into it and stir fry till the water absorbs it.
  3. Add mango to the cool kheer and mix well.
  4. Garnish with raisins, cashewnuts and almonds, serve chill!ed
