Easy Paneer Tikka

Ingredients to make Easy Paneer Tikka

  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • ginger paste 1 tesp
  • Green chilies 2
  • salt 3/4 tesp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tesp
  • turmeric powder 3/4 tesp
  • Chat masala 1 tesp
  • cumin seeds powder 1 tesp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  • cottage cheese 250 gms
  • onion 1
  • Bell peppers 1/2 cup
  • oil 1 tbsp

How to make Easy Paneer Tikka

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP HUNG CURD, ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO PUREE, 1 TSP GINGER- GREEN CHILI PASTE
  2. ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 3/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD 3/4 TSP CUMIN POWDER, 1 TSP CHAT MASALA, 1 TBSP KASURI METHI, MIX WELL
  4. ADD 250 GMS CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE, 1 CUBED ONION, 1/2 CUP CUBED BELL PEPPERS
  5. MIX WELL, REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
  6. HEAT A NONSTICK PAN & GREASE IT WITH A LITTLE OIL
  7. SPREAD THE MARINATED COTTAGE CHEESE EVENLY IN THE PAN, COOK FOR 2-3 MINS ON HIGH HEAT
  8. FLIP & COOK FROM THE OTHER SIDE FOR 2-3 MINS
  9. SQUEEZE SOME LEMON JUICE ON TOP, SERVE HOT
