Ingredients to make Vegetable Idly

  • semolina one small bowl
  • curd one small bowl
  • milk 1/2cup
  • green eno sachet one
  • oil 2tbsp
  • sarso seeds 1/2tsp
  • curry leaves8-10 leaves
  • onion 2 long sliced
  • tomato 2 finelly chopped
  • capsicum 2small
  • carrot 2 small
  • salt1tsp
  • deggi mirch 1/2tsp
  • cabbage oone small bowl
  • water one glass

How to make Vegetable Idly

  1. first take one bowl add semolina curd nd milk
  2. keep a side for 15 minute
  3. after 15 minute add salt1/2tsp nd one sachet eno in semolina mixture
  4. then transfer the mix in idli stand
  5. take cooker on the gas nd gas on
  6. take one glass of water in the cooker
  7. put idli stand in the cooker
  8. close the cooker without whistle on medium flame for 10 minute
  9. open the cooker nd cool down the idli
  10. then one idli cut in four pieces
  11. put kadai on the flame add2tbsp oil
  12. add sarso nd curry leaves in the kadai
  13. then add tomato nd deggi mirch nd salt 1/2tsp
  14. add onion nd carrot nd stir well
  15. add capsicum ndcabbage
  16. all the veggies saute for 10 minutes
  17. then add idlis nd mix well
  18. dish is ready to serve

My Tip:

Milk add in the suji better it makes idli white nd spongy
