Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup whole purpose flour
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup corn flour
  4. 1/4 cup pinnaple puree
  5. 1 tsp pineapple essence
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/2 cup milk
  8. 1/4 cup cream
  9. 1/2 cup melted choclate or hershey syurp
  10. 1/2 cup blue berry
  11. 1/2 cup raspberry

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add whole purpose flour,corn flour,powdered sugar ,baking powder and mix togethor.
  2. Then add milk and cream and mix till all lumps goes away then add eggs one by one and beat till smooth mixture forms.
  3. Take a nonstick pan then add 1 tsp butter and add small portion of batter and cook 5 min from both sides.
  4. For serving take a plate place pan cakes and top it with choclate sauce and berries or serve it with icecream.
