Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup pinnaple puree
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1/2 cup cream
  5. 1 tsp pinnaple essence
  6. 1/2 cup black currants
  7. 1/2 cup strawberry
  8. 1/4 cup sugar.
  9. 1/4 cup water
  10. Pinch yellow food colour
  11. 1 packet agar agar 5 gm

Instructions

  1. In a pan add pinnaple puree and cook it for 5 min then add sugar and cook it till water dries.
  2. In a seprate bowl add 5 gm agar agar powder and add 15 gm of normal water and wait for 5 min.
  3. Take another pan and heat milk and then add cream and mix togethor then add in pinnaple puree and mix and add food colour and pinnaple essence and then add agar agar mix and switch off gas and whisk till it dissolve completly then pour this in silicon mould or any moulds of your choice and cool it down to room temprature.
  4. Put pannacotta mixture in refrigrator till chill and serve it with black currant reduction.
  5. For black currant and strawberry mixture put in a pan sugar and water then add strawberry and black currant and cook for 5-8 min till it thicken.
