Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 12 ripe chikus
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. one and half cup water
  4. 200 gram Mawa
  5. 4 tablespoon ghee melted
  6. A few melon seed and almond silver

Instructions

  1. Pincode and match the chikoos gently
  2. Dissolve the sugar in water and make a thick syrup
  3. Add the Chiku puree Mawa and ghee into the syrup and fry lightly do not use too much heat or over Stir
  4. Pour into a dish and Sprinkle with nuts allow it to cool
