Ingredients to make Egg Pepper Fry

  • 6 boiled and cut in wedges
  • For First gravy, 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 cinammon sticks
  • 4 to 5 cloves
  • 8 to 10 black pepper corn
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 tbsp corriender seeds
  • 1 onion julien
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 and 1 tbsp oil for cooking
  • For second gravy, 10 to 12 curry leaves
  • 2 kashmiri chilli
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh corriender chopped
  • salt according to taste
  • At time to serve, 1 tsp butter for top
  • Some chopped corriender
  • Some grated coconut

How to make Egg Pepper Fry

  1. TAKE 6 BOILED EGG AND CUT IN WEDGES
  2. AND KEEP ASIDE
  3. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL IN A PAN ADD 1 TSP CARAWAY SEEDS
  4. ADD 1 CINNAMON STICK
  5. 1 STAR ANISE
  6. 1 BLACK CARDAMOM
  7. 4 TO 5 CLOVES
  8. 8 TO 10 BLACK PEPPER CORN
  9. 1 TBSP CORRIENDER SEEDS
  10. 1 ONION JULIEN
  11. 1/2 CUP GRATED COCONUT
  12. 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  13. 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  14. STIR IT
  15. NOW ADD 1/2 CUP WATER IN IT
  16. SIMMER TILL SOFT
  17. WHEN DONE TRANSFER IN MIXER JAR TO MAKE FINE PASTE OF IT
  18. TRANSFER THE PASTE IN A BOWL
  19. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL IN ANOTHER PAN ADD 10 TO 12 CURRY LEAVES
  20. ADD 2 KASHMIRI CHILLI
  21. 1 CHOPPED ONION
  22. AND STIR
  23. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE
  24. SAUTE IT
  25. NOW ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND SAUTE IT
  26. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER AND MIX
  27. ADD ALREADY PREPARE PASTE IN IT
  28. ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
  29. ADD 1 TSP TAMARIND PASTE
  30. AND LITTLE AMOUNT OF WATER
  31. AND MIX
  32. NIW ADD BOILED EGG PIECES
  33. AND MIX
  34. FINALLY ADD FRESH CHOPPED CORRINDER AND MIX
  35. NOW TRANSFER THE EGG PAPPER FRY IN SERVING BOWL
  36. ADD SOME BUTTER OVER THE TOP
  37. SPRINKLE SOME CHOPPED CORRIENDER AND GRATED COCONUT OVER THE TOP
