About Fruit Pizza Recipe

Summer is here and heat is increasing but the season of yummy juicy fruits makes us cool down with its richness. This is a pizza made of fruits, a no bake Watermelon pizza. A creamy yummy juicy pizza is loved and enjoyed by each and all.

Fruit Pizza

Ingredients to make Fruit Pizza

  • watermelon 1/2
  • 1 ripen mango
  • 10 -15 grapes
  • hung curd 1 cup
  • salt 1/3 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

How to make Fruit Pizza

  1. Cut watermelon in a round circle slice, approximately 1 inch width
  2. Peel and slice mango very thin
  3. Take a round slice of watermelon and spread a thick layer of curd over it
  4. Sprinkle some salt and chat masala over it.
  5. Place the mango slices over it.
  6. place grapes in the middle and a mango rose made by rolling few slices together
  7. Decorate the edges of the watermelon pizza with grapes and small watermelon chopped pieces
  8. Cut and serve chill or normal

My Tip:

You can add more fruits as your wish. I made it with hung curd to keep it a healthier one. You can make it with whipped cream too.
