Today i am just sharing super easy and quick Aaloo Bhunjiya recipe which is one of the very popular dish in Bihar and can be eaten with roti, parantha, puri & rice.Enjoy this recipe in tiffin box as well and hope will like it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pottato(Aaloo) 8 Medium Size
  2. Green Chilli 4 pieces or as per your taste
  3. Oil 4 tps
  4. Fenugreek Seeds 1 small tps
  5. Turmeric Powder 1 tps
  6. Black Pepper 1 small tps
  7. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cut Potatoes finely as finger fries shapes and rinse out it in water properly .
  2. Add oil in kadhai or pan and leave it for few seconds for heating.Now, add ingredients like fenugreek seeds and green chillies then potatoes and toss it properly 2 minutes.
  3. Now, add turmeric powder,black pepper powder, salt as per taste and leave it for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Now,hot and tasty Aaloo Bhunjiya is ready for serving with roti,parantha,puri and rice.
