Ingredients to make Vegetable chandni korma

  • 1/2 cup mix bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup french beans
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 boil potato
  • 1 chop tomato
  • For paste---
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tbsp coconut powder
  • 4 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp khaskhas
  • 7-8 cashews
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 inch ginger piece
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cardmon
  • Pinch of dalchini powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • coriander leaves
  • Silver foil
  • pomegranate seeds for garnish

How to make Vegetable chandni korma

  1. HEAT WATER AND ADD CHOP CARROT
  2. AND BEANS AND BOIL THEM
  3. IN A MIXI ADD ONION AND GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD CASHEWS
  5. COCONUT POWDER
  6. AND GARLIC CLOVES
  7. ADD JEERA AND CURD AND KHUSKHUS
  8. AND MAKE A THICK PASTE KEEP ASIDE
  9. IN A PAN HEAT OIL ADD CARDMON AND CLOVES
  10. ADD ONION AND SAUTE
  11. WHEN THEY COOK ADD TOMATO
  12. WHEN TOMATO COOKED ADD REMAINING BOILED VEGE TABLES CARROT,BEANS,BELL PEPPERS AND PEAS
  13. LASTLY ADD PPOTATO AND LET THEM COOK FOR 5 MIN.
  14. THEN ADD GRINDED PASTE AND ROAST IT
  15. ADD 1 CUP WATER AND SPICES
  16. ADD GARAM MASALA AND CINNEMON POWDER STIR IT AND MIX ALL OF THEM. OUR VEGETABLE IS READY
  17. TRANSFER IN SERVING PLATE GARNISH WITH SILVER FOIL
  18. POMEGRANATE SEEDS AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  19. SERVE THIS ROYAL KORMA WITH NAAN ,TANDOORI,KULCHA,PARANTHA OR ROTI
