Raw Mango Dal

Ingredients to make Raw Mango Dal

  • Raw mango - 1no
  • Red Lentil - 1cup
  • turmeric Powder- 1tbsp
  • Mustered Seeds- 1tsp
  • Dry Red Chili- 1no
  • mustard Oil-2tbsp
  • salt- 1tsp
  • sugar - 1/2 cup

How to make Raw Mango Dal

  1. Boil dal in pressure cooker use 2 whistles.
  2. Remove the cookee from the heat.
  3. Whisk the dal.
  4. Now take a Pan heat the oil when oil became hot then add dry red chili &1tsp musterd seeds, cook for few seconds.
  5. Now add Raw mango, 1/2tsp salt & turmeric powder mix well and cook for 1min.
  6. Now add boiled dal into the pan then add sugar , turmeric powder 1 & 1/2 cup water and mix well & cook for 5 to 6 mins.
  7. Then remove from the heat & serve with plain rice.
