Ingredients to make Stuffed thepla samosa

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup suji
  • 1 cup grated lauki
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp seasme seeds
  • 1/2 red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • coriander leaves
  • For stuffing---
  • 2 tbsp chop inion
  • 2 tbsp boil potato
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • 2 tbsp chop tomato
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • oil for frying
  • Green chutney

How to make Stuffed thepla samosa

  1. TAKE GRATED LAUKI,FLOUR AND SUJI IN A BOWL ADD CURD
  2. HALDI,MIRCHI AND SALT
  3. SUGAR,SEASME SEEDS
  4. CHILLI AND GARAM MASALA
  5. CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. AND OIL
  7. TAKE WATER AND MAKE A DOUGH
  8. LEAVE IT FOR 15 MIN.
  9. HEAT OIL ADD JEERA
  10. AND HING
  11. ADD ONION AND SAUTE
  12. THEN ADD BOIL POTATO
  13. AND GREEN CHILLI
  14. AND COOK THEM
  15. ADD TOMATO
  16. AND PEAS COOK THEM
  17. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX
  18. ADD SALT ,CHILLI POWDER AND HALDI
  19. AND AMCHUR POWDER
  20. OUR STUFFING IS READY
  21. THEN DEVIDE DOUGH IN EQUAL PARTS AND ROLL DOWN CUT WITH CUTTER AND COOK
  22. ADD OIL AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDE
  23. OUR THEPLAS ARE READY
  24. NOW TAKE ONE THEPLA AND APPLY GREEN CHUTNEY ON IT
  25. TAKE STUFFING AND SPREAD UPON IT AND COVER WITH OTHER THEPLA
  26. SERVE WITH MAYO, GARLIC CHUTNEY AND FRUITS
  27. GARNISH WITH POMEGRANATE SEEDS AND CORIANDER LEAVES
