Ingredients to make fish Molly

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 to 3 green chilli cut into slit
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tamarind extract
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil

How to make fish Molly

  1. wash and clean the fish add salt turmeric and vinegar mix well and keep aside for 20 minutes
  2. heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add mustard seeds when it starts crackle add fenugreek seeds stir now add chopped onion stir for 2 minutes now add salt turmeric and ginger garlic paste stir until raw smell evaporate
  3. now add tomato cook until tomato becomes soft and mushy and add chilli powder green chilli coriander powder cumin powder stir for a minute now add 1/4 water when it starts boiling add marinated fish mix and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame add coriander leaves mix gently switch off flame
  4. serve hot with white rice yummy fish Molly is ready thank you happy cooking
