Ingredients to make Instant Gunda achar

  • Gunda 1/2 kg
  • Raw mango 1
  • oil one cup
  • Rai daal 2tsp
  • methi daal 1tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Reahampatti red chilli powder 2tsp
  • haldi 1 tsp
  • salt 2 tsp
  • hing powder 1 tsp

How to make Instant Gunda achar

  1. WASH THE GUNDAS PROPERLY N PAT DRY..BREAK THEM USING PESTLE YA STONE N REMOVE THE SEED
  2. GRATE ONE RAW MANGO
  3. SPRINKLE SALT ON GUNDAS TO AVOID STICKINESS...
  4. TAKE A BOWL..ASSEMBLE GRATED RAW MANGO,ONE SPOON METHI DAAL,TWO APOONS RAI DAAL
  5. ADD TWO SPOONS RED CHILLI KASHMIRI POWDER,ONE SPOON HALDI,TWO SPOONS KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD ONE SMALL SPOON HING POWDER,TWO SPOONS SALT
  7. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY N STUFF IN GUNDA TIGHTLY
  8. HEAT 1 CUP GROUNDNUT OIL N SLOWLY PUT STUFFED GUNDA ONE BY ONE ON LOW FLAME N COOK FOR FIVE MIN
  9. STIR IT AS SHOWN .STORE IT IN CLEAN JAR ONCE COOLED.IT CAN BE STORED FOR 3-4 MONTHS IN REFRIGERATOR
