Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup maida
  2. Milk 1/2 cup
  3. 1/2 tsp vinegar
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/2 tsp salt 1
  6. 1 tbsp sugar
  7. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  8. 1 tbsp sugar
  9. 1 ripe banana
  10. 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add banana crunch the banana to this add sugar crushed walnuts brown sugar mix well and keep aside
  2. Take another bowl add dry ingredients maida salt sugar and baking soda mix well keep aside
  3. take a glass add 1/2 cup milk add 1 tsp vinegar mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes After 5 minutes add this to dry ingredients and make smooth batter without any lumps and add melted butter mix well to idli consistency it it is thick add more milk keep aside
  4. Heat the appe pan when it is hot sprinkle some sugar on the cavity now take 1/2 tbsp of batter pour into cavity then add spoonful of banana walnut mixture again cover the banana walnut with batter then sprinkle some sugar on top
  5. Let it cook on a low flame for 5 minutes do rest of the batter serve hot with honey and chocolate sauce yummy and tasty banana walnut pan cake is ready thank you happy cooking
