Eggless Bread Pudding

Ingredients to make Eggless Bread Pudding

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milkmaid
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 bread slices
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp tutty fruity

How to make Eggless Bread Pudding

  1. IN A PAN ADD 11/2 CUP MILK, & 1 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER.
  2. ADD 1 TBSP BUTTER. KEEP THIS ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  3. CONTINOUS STIRRING.
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP MILKMAID.
  5. STIR TILL CUSTARD IS COOKED AND IT COMES TO A BOIL.
  6. ADD 1 TSP ESSENCE.
  7. REMOVE FROM FLAME & STIR IN ESSENCE.
  8. CUT THE 3 BREAD SLICES IN CUBES.
  9. PUT IN THE CUSTARD MIX.
  10. GREASED DISH.
  11. TRANSFER THIS MIX WITH BREAD CUBES TO A GREASED DISH.
  12. SPREAD EVENLY.
  13. SPREAD 1 TBSP CHOPPED ALMONDS.
  14. SPRINKLE 1 TBSP TUTTY FRUITY ON THE TOP.
  15. READY TO BAKE.
  16. BAKE IN A PRE HEAT OVEN AT 180 DEGREE CELSIUS FOR 20-25 MINTS OR TILL IT JUST SET.
  17. NOW READY TO SERVE.
  18. SERVE HOT OR COLD.
