Palak Tomato Sabzi

Ingredients to make Palak Tomato Sabzi

  • 200 g clean chopped spinach
  • 4 small to medium tomatoes halved
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2-3 green chillies slit
  • 1/2 tsp corriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Palak Tomato Sabzi

  1. SPLUTTER CUMIN SEEDS IN HOT OIL
  2. ADD MINCED GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLIES, SAUTE UNTIL AROMATIC
  3. ADD CHOPPED SPINACH
  4. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
  5. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES, SPICE POWDERS, SALT, LEMON JUICE AND COOK UNTIL TOMATOES ARE JUST TENDER
  6. GARNISH WITH CORRIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT
