Ingredients to make 20 minutes Crispy Cauliflower pakoras

  • cauliflower 1/4 kg
  • Hot water 1/2 ltr to rinse cauliflower
  • besan flour 1 bowl
  • Rice flour 1/2 bowl
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • water for batter
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Cooking oil for deep fry

How to make 20 minutes Crispy Cauliflower pakoras

  1. TAKE THE FLOREST OF CAULIFLOWER AND DIP IN WARM WATER FOR 5 MINUTES
  2. BESAN FLOUR 1 BOWL, RICE FLOUR 1/2 BOWL
  3. BLACK PEPPER POWDER 2 TSP, SALT TO TASTE
  4. COMBINE WELL
  5. ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE
  6. MIX WELL
  7. ADD TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP
  8. BATTER SHOULD BE STICKY
  9. DIP FLORESTS IN BATTER
  10. FRY IN HOT OIL
  11. FLIP AND FRY IN LOW FLAME
  12. FRY TILL CRISPY
  13. REMOVE ON KITCHEN PAPER TO ABSORB EXCESS OIL, SERVE IN HOT
