About Bhuna Chicken Recipe

Just 4 ingredients and this dish is ready. No onion, no ginger, no tomato!

Bhuna Chicken

Ingredients to make Bhuna Chicken

  • Red chili paste - 2 spoons ( I have removed the seeds and soaked the chilies for 30 minutes)
  • Thick yogurt- 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1.5 tsp ( chopped)
  • Oil ( I have used mustard oil)
  • salt
  • chicken- 6 leg pieces

How to make Bhuna Chicken

  1. Make a smooth paste with red chili paste, garlic and garam masala. Add the yogurt, salt and mix well.
  2. Now add the chicken and marinate this for at least 3 hours ( I have marinated it overnight)
  3. Heat oil in pan, add the chicken pieces. Cook them till it's done, now finally add the remaining marination and cover it.
  4. Cook well till the oil separates and chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot and garnish it with chopped coriander.

My Tip:

Note - Cook this dish in a low to medium heat.
